| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用达芬奇机器人手术系统行胰十二指肠切除术中的护理配合,提高护理质量.方法 将2009年6月至2013年6月完成的7例胰腺疾病行达芬奇机器人辅助下患者胰十二指肠切除围手术期护理配合进行总结分析.结果 7例患者均成功接受了全机器人辅助下胰十二指肠切除术,无明显并发症发生.结论 充分的术前准备,熟练的手术配合是机器人手术成功的重要因素.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality of nursing by explore the nursing preparation in the operation of the robot-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods In this retrospective study, 7 cases of robot-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy were reviewed and analyzed. Results All 7 patients were operated successfully with nursing care between operation, without celiotomy and other serious complications. Conclusions The sufficient preoperative preparation, proficient cooperative skill is an important factor for the success of robotic surgery. |
