穴位埋线与黛力新治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的:比较穴位埋线与西药黛力新治疗抑郁症的疗效差异。方法:将94例抑郁症患者随机分为埋线组(50例)和药物组(44例),埋线组分别在颔厌、百会、神门、丰隆、太冲埋线,2周治疗1次,治疗4次;药物组给予口服黛力新,治疗8周。两组患者分别于治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁17项量表(HAMD-17)评分,并比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗后HAMD-17量表评分较治疗前均降低(均P0.05),治疗后组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。埋线组总有效率为87.8%(43/49),药物组总有效率为90.7%(39/43),两组疗效相当(P0.05)。结论:穴位埋线可有效改善抑郁症患者的各项症状,其疗效与黛力新接近,且临床依从性较好,无不良反应。

Study on catgut implantation therapy compared with Deanxit for treatment of depression

Abstract Objective To observe and prove clinical therapeutic effect of embedding catgut acupoint（ECA）to Depressive Disorder by the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 17 (HAMD-17) . Methods 94 patients suffering from Depressive Disorder were divided into the embedding catgut acupoint group (ECAG) and the control group（CG）by the randomized method. ECAG had 50 cases and CG 44 cases. The subjects in ECAG were embedded catgut in Hanyan (GB4), Baihui (DU20), Shenmen (HT7), Fenglong(ST40), Taichong (LR3) acupoints, which were treated once 2 weeks and 4 times were given altogether. The subjects in CG were oral applicated for Deanxit tablet twice daily last 8 weeks. All patients were evaluated by the HAMD-17 in a week before and after treatment. Furthermore, the ratio of scale changes compared with scores before trail was calculated in every group after treatment. The change of the scales were analyzed by SPSS 10.0. Results 92 cases completed the trail. (1) Compared with pretherapy scores for ECAG, the post-treatment scores of HAMD-17 all decreased (P<0.05). Compared with pretherapy scores for CG, the post-treatment scores of HAMD-17 decreased (P<0.05) also. Compared with CG, the scores of ECAG had no significant difference （P＞0.05）after trail. (2) the total effective rate was 87.76 % in ECAG and 90.70% in CG, and the difference had no significant difference. Conclusions The ECA had effect for depressive disorder patients by improved symptoms. Furthermore, the ECA had advantages of better dependence for patients and no side reaction like psychotropic drug in clinical.
