摘    要:本文作者以在校七年制医学生的身份调查发现,中南大学湘雅医学院现行的机能实验教学体系(包括生理学、病理生理学和药理学的实验)虽然在训练七年制医学生科研能力方面进行了积极有效的探索与尝试,但仍然无法满足学生的需求,尚需要进一步加强。对此,作者结合自己的学习经历和体会进行了初步分析与思考,并设想建立一种“组织课外科研小组,开放机能实验室”的创新人才培养模式,为确保人才培养质量探索一条新路。

Abstract:The cultivation of the scientific research ability is very important to seven - year medical students. Also, it' s a key link in the cultivation of their basic qualities and potentiality, which is associated with whether they can adapt to the competition in international medical fields in the future. In this study, the authors, seven - year medical student, found that although the current function experiment teaching system (including the experiments in physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology) has made efforts in training scientific research abilities for the medical students on seven - year program , it still cant meet the needs of the students and should be further improved. Therefore, on the basis of our own study experiences, we made a preliminary analysis and suggested to explore new avenues to ensure the quality of students by organizing scientific research group outside classroom and opening the function laboratory.
