| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院抗高血压药应用现状及趋势。方法:对我院2001~2005年抗高血压药销售金额、用药频度等指标进行统计、分析。结果:抗高血压药销售金额逐年上升;销售金额最大的为钙拮抗药;用药频度最高的为硝苯地平。结论:钙拮抗药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂类药物为我院抗高血压的主流药物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the situation and the tendency of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital. METHODS:The consumption sum and DDDs etc of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The consumption sum of antihypertensive were increasing year on year,leading the list were calcium antagonists,with nifedipine dominating the first place in terms of DDDs.CONCLUSION:Calcium antagonists and ngiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) are the major antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital. |
