| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下采取不同术式对老年急性结石性胆囊炎治疗的可行性。方法 2001-06～2009-06对106例60岁以上急性结石性胆囊炎腹腔镜治疗进行回顾分析。结果其中90例行常规腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC),10例在腹腔镜下行胆囊造瘘术,6例行胆囊大部分切除术。中转开腹3例,无死亡,术后无严重并发症发生,均痊愈出院。结论选择LC治疗老年急性结石性胆囊炎是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the feasibility of treating acute cholecystitis in the aged patients by different Laparscopic surgical operation. Methods A restropective evaluation was done to analyze the treatment of 106 patients over 60 years of age with acute cholecystitis by Laparscopic surgery.
