| 摘 要： | 报告经尿道微波凝固治疗膀胱癌28例。随访0.5～3年,异位再发2例,无1例原位复发。并发左输尿管壁间段微波凝固损伤1例。文中就经尿道微波凝固治疗膀胱癌的特点、适应证及选择性地与电切联用的优点进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 28 cases of bladder cancer were treated with transurethral microwave coagulation. The postoperative follow-up period was from 6 months to 3 years. Neogroths were ob served in 2 patients while there was no reccurence in this group. The left intramural ureter was injured by microwave coagulation in one case. The character, indication and abvantage of transurethral microwave coagulation or selectively combined TURBT for bladder cancer were discussed. |
