Discussion on the Doctors Duty of Care in the Clinic Service in Hospitals of TCM

Duty of care is a basic collateral obligation, in the process of debt performance in civil laws. Due to the particularity of medical profession, medical personnel, based on certain legal premise, should also fulfill the corresponding duty of care in diagnosis and treatment activities, In outpatient services, because of specific characteristics of the medical practice of Tradition- al Chinese Medicine （TCM） , clinical doctors are also attached with the corresponding duty of care,. It is of great significance for outpatient service doctors to be aware of the basic content of the obligations, the ways of performance in guiding the practice of hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This article attempts to provide some useful help for outpatient service doctor＇s practice in the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals by discussing this problem to explain the content, ground and the way of performance of the duty of care in the clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals.
