| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤（Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors,GISTs)的诊断和治疗。方法：回顾分析我院自1999年11月至2003年5月收治的GISTs患者的病历资料。结果：本组39例GISTs患者，其中恶性15例，低恶性24例。肿瘤发生部位分别为：胃18例，小肠9例．直肠3例，其他部位10例。39例患者中2例因复发伴腹腔广泛转移未手术；37例行手术治疗，其中手术切除34例，姑息性切除3例。结论：GISTs术前诊断困难，手术切除是治疗GISY的主要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors(GISTs).Methods:The medical data on the 39 cases with GISTs treated in our hospital from November 1999 to May 2003 were carefully analyzed retrospectively.Results:The tumors in 15 of the 39 cases were malignant while those in the other 24 cases were of low malignancy.The tumor in 18 cases occurred in the stomach;9 in the small bowel;3 in the rectal colon and 10 cases were found in the other parts of the intraperitoneal cavity.Among the 39 cases,37 had surgical operations,and 2 received nonsurgical treatment.The tumors in 34 of the 37 cases who had the surgical operations were totally removed and the tumors in the other 3 were partly removed.Conclusions:The diagnosis of GISTs was often difficult to make before operation,and a surgical operation was the main method to manage GISTs. |
