| 摘 要： | 足部血运较差，尤其是足趾受到外伤后容易造成趾骨、肌腱直接外露或皮肤挫伤后坏死而致后期趾骨、肌腱外露，修复起来非常困难，特别是两个足趾同时趾骨外露，没有较好的办法修复。应用游离皮瓣修复显得小题大做，应用皮片游离植皮又不能成活，往往造成部分趾体截除的不良结果。我们2006年2月．
