多层螺旋CT定量成像技术肺部参数应用

摘    要:目的 评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)肺功能参数与常规肺功能参数的相关性,确定MSCT肺功能参数的正常值.方法 正常志愿者30名接受常规肺功能检查及MSCT检查,在最大吸气末及最大呼气末屏气扫描,所有数据通过肺计算机辅助检查系统软件进行分析,所得数据与肺功能检查(PFT)进行相关性分析.结果 MSCT扫描所得正常者吸气末肺体积(Vin)和呼气末肺体积(Vex)与PFT所得肺总量(TLC)及残气量(RV)有很好的相关性(r=0.90,P<0.01;r=0.74,P<0.01),Vex/Vin与RV/TLC相关 (r=0.74,P<0.01),Vin-Vex与MVC相关 (r=0.85,P<0.01).深吸气末平均肺密度为(-879.51±32.82)HU,单位体积密度为(0.12±0.03)g/cm3,深呼气末平均肺密度为(-688.14±62.38)HU,单位体积密度为(0.31±0.06)g/cm3.结论 MSCT肺功能检查所得的一系列定量参数与肺功能数据间有较好的相关性.
