超短波干扰电治疗腰椎间盘突出症观察

对两组各５０例腰椎间盘突出症患者分别进行超短波加干扰电治疗或超短波治疗。选用疼痛自测评分法和腰椎活动度评分法对疼痛和腰椎活动度进行评估．结果表明，超短波加干扰电组治愈显效率高于超短波组（Ｘ２＝５．７９，Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗２０次内治愈显效率亦高于超短波组（Ｘ２＝６．４５，Ｐ＜０．０５），差异均有显著性．超短波干扰电综合应用有协同作用，疗效好，疗程短．

^Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Ultrashort Wave and lnterferential Current Therapy

In the article.100 cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly assigned to two groups:first,50 cases were treated with ultrashort wave and interferential current therapy;second,another 50 cases as a control group were only managed with ultrashort wave.Using the Visual Analogue Scales and lumbar ROM method,the clinical effect was evaluated in both groups. The result identified that the notable curative rat.(58%)of the first group was better than that of the second(34%),there was a significant difference(P<0. 05).So it is suggested that in combination of the ultrashort wave with interferential current therapy has a cooperative effect for treating the lumps disc herniation.
