银川市城市不同人群健康状况及影响因素分析

目的了解银川市不同人群健康状况及影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,按照公务员、科技人员、企事业管理人员、教师、体力劳动者5类职业人群随机抽取若干单位,对18-60岁5类职业人群进行问卷调查,并进行评估。结果共收回有效问卷2245份。调查对象自测健康评定量表总分为69.33±11.96,生理健康、心理健康、社会健康子量表得分分别为73.74±12.75、63.65±15.72和69.82±14.66;男、女之间生理健康、心理健康（、社会健康评定量表均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;50-岁年龄组量表总分较低,与其他年龄组比较有统计学意义（H=11.92,P〈0.05）;5类职业中,管理人员量表总分最高（72.70±12.32分）,体力劳动者最低（63.12±11.22分）,5类人群比较有统计学意义（F=40.36,P〈0.05）。受教育程度、家庭人均月收入,婚姻状况均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）结论银川市城市不同人群中,体力劳动者的自测健康状况较差。

Study on health status of urban different population in Yinchuan.

Objective To understand the status of self-rated health among 5 kinds of urban different populationsin in Yinchuan.Methods With multi-stage stratified sampling,5 types of different occupational populations,including civil setvants,scientific and technical personnel,administrative staff,teachers and physical workers which aged 18-60 were assessed by Self-rated Health Meagurement Scale Version 1.0（SRHMS V1.0）.Results 2245 valid questionnaires were obtained.The SRHMS score of the respondents was 69.33±11.96.The scores of physical health,mental health,social health sub-scales and total scale were 73.74±12.75,63.65±15.726 and 69.82±14.66 respectively.The scores of physical health,mental health,social health among male and female were no significant difference.The scores of age group of 50 was lower than other age＇s（H=11.92,P〈0.05）.In 5 occupational groups administrative staff had the highest total score which was 72.70±12.32,and physical workers had the lowest total score which was 63.12±11.22.They had significant difference（F=40.36,P〈0.05）.The education level,per-capital family monthly income and marital status were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Physical workers were reported poorer self-rated health than other occupational populations in Yinchuan.
