摘    要:目的为充分利用芒果叶植物资源,避免资源的浪费,探讨芒果叶中总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。方法采用纯物理的工艺流程过程从芒果叶中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用分光光度法测定含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量x=5.900mg/ml,回收率为97.33%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程, 无任何污染,是提取芒果叶黄酮类物质的有效途径。

Abstract:Objective In order to make full use of the mango plant resources, the process of extraction and identification of total flavone from mango leaves were studied. Methods A pure physical technological process was used to extract flavones from mango leaves, and the flavones were also identified. A spectrophotometry was used to assay the quantity of the flavones. Results In the samples, the quantity of the total flavone was x = 5. 900mg/ml, the rate of recovery was 97.33 %. The purity and the product yield of the total flavone were high. Conclusion This pure physical process without any pollution is an effective way for extracting flavones from mango leaves.
