| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨轻型脑干梗塞的临床和影像学表现。方法 分析 3 0例轻型脑干梗塞患者的临床表现和影像学资料。结果 中脑和延髓梗塞均具备交叉性瘫痪 ,桥脑梗塞则有不同的临床表现 ;CT阳性率为 2 5 % ,MRI阳性率为 10 0 %。结论 眩晕、交叉性瘫痪和球麻痹为轻型脑干梗塞的常见症状 ,头颅MRI检查优于头颅CT检查。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the clinical feature and image manifestation of minimal brain stem infarction. Methods The clinical feature and image manifestation of 30 cases with minimal brain stem infarction were analyzed retrospectively. Results Crossed hemiparesis was found in all patients with midbrain infarction or medulla oblongata infarction, pontine infarction had variety of clinical feature. The positive rate of CT was 25%, the positive rate of MRI was 100%. Conclusions Vertigo, crossed hemiparesis and bulbar paralysis are common symptom of minimal brain stem infarction. MRI is more useful than CT in diagnosis of minimal brain stem infarction. |
