Vitapex糊剂控制根管治疗术中急症发生的临床效果观察

目的 观察Vitapex糊剂作为根管消毒药物控制根管治疗术中急症的临床效果。方法 选择210颗慢 性根尖周炎的患牙随机分成实验组和对照组，每组105颗患牙。根管预备后，实验组用Vitapex糊剂、对照 组用甲醛甲酚液作为消毒药物根管封药1周，比较两组在根管治疗术中发生急症的差异。结果 实验组发生 急症的比率为2.86%，对照组发生急症比率13.33%，两组有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论 Vitapex糊剂作为根 管消毒药物可以有效地减少根管治疗术中急症的发生。

Role of Vitapex Paste in Control of Acute Events in Root Canal Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of vitapex paste on the control of acute events in the root canal therapy as a root canal disinfectant. Methods We selected 210 teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis and divided them randomly into experimental group and control group,with 105 teeth in each group. After root canal preparation,vitapex paste was used as an intra-canal disinfectant for one week in the experimental group and the formocresol solutcion was used in the control group. The difference was compared in the occurrence rate of acute events in the root canal therapy between the two groups. Results The occurrence rate of acute events in the root canal therapy was 2.86% in the experimental group and 13.33% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion As a root canal disinfectant,vitapex paste can efficiently reduce the occurrence of acute events in the root canal therapy.
