妇科腹腔内出血106例临床分析

目的：总结异位妊娠,卵巢破裂所致腹腔内出血的临床特征,以提高诊断和鉴别诊断的认识。方法：对因腹腔内出血入院的106例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：异位妊娠88例,外院误诊4例,本院误诊2例;卵巢破裂18例,误诊1例,均经手术止血治疗。结论：异位妊娠在妇科腹腔内出血中占首位,详细询问病史,尿、血HCG和子宫附件B超、后穹窿穿刺或腹腔镜检查是诊断的重要手段。

Clinical Analysis of 106 Cases of Gynecological Intra-abdominal Hemorrhage

Objective： Summed up the clinical manifestation of intra-abdominal hemorrhage caused by ectopic pregnancy and ovary rupture, in order to improve diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods： 106 cases diagnosed as intra-abdominal hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All the patients were stanched bleeding by operation, 88 cases were ectopic pregnancy （6 were diagnostic error before operation-2 by our hospital and 4 by others）, and 18 cases were ovary rupture. （1 was diagnostic error）. Conclusion： Ectopic pregnancy holds the first place of the intra-abdominal hemorrhage. A full medical history,urine and blood HCG（human chorionic gonadotropin ） test,B-uhrasonography,back vaginal fornix punctures or peritoneoscope were the important means for diagnosis.
