支气管囊肿的CT诊断及鉴别诊断

目的探讨支气管囊肿的CT表现特点及其诊断价值。方法对28例经手术病理证实为先天性支气管囊肿患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析，28例患者均行CT平扫及增强。结果28例支气管囊肿中，右肺10个，左肺9个；肺内型19例，纵隔型9例；含液囊肿13例，含气液囊肿8例，含气囊肿7例，其中多发肺囊肿8例，囊肿周围气肿5例，囊壁钙化3例，2例含曲霉菌。液囊肿增强扫描。囊壁增强，囊内无增强。结论大部分支气管囊肿有特征性的CT表现。CT在支气管囊肿的诊断及鉴别诊断中发挥重要作用。

CT diagnosis and differentiating diagnosis of Congenital pulmonary bronchogenic cysts

Objective To explore CT features of adult congenital pulmonary bronehogenie cysts. Methods 28 cases of congenital pulmonary bronehogenic cysts proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were performed by plain and enhanced CT scan. Results Of 28 patients, the lesions were located in the right lung in 10, and in the left lung in 9. There were 19 patients with intrapulrnonary bronchogenie cysts and 9 patients with mediastinal bronehogenic cysts showed by CT. Of the 28 patients, 13 were liquid cysts, 8 were gas-liquid cysts and 7 were air cysts, respectively. 8patients were multiple pulmonary cysts and Perieystie emphy- sema was present in 5 cases. Spotty or curved calcification of the cystic wall was found in 3 eases. Aspergilloma was contained in 2 patients＇ cysts. On enhanced CT scans, mild ormoderate enhancement of the cystic wall, especially for the cysts containing fluid was seen. Conclusion Most adults congenital pulmonary bronehogenie cysts posse-characteristic CT signs . which are very helpful for preoperative diagnosis.
