| 摘 要： | 本文对243例复治肺结核及97例初治肺结核耐药的研究结果表明,复治肺结核患者的耐药发生率明显高于初治肺结核患者,两者之间有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。复治耐2种药以上274例(97.18％),初治耐2种药以上52例(53.61％),复治以耐INH为首位,初治以耐SM为首位。无论初、复治对H、R、E、S耐药率均较高,原发耐药率为74.23％,继发耐药率为97.53％,是临床上治疗失败的主要原因之一。

| Abstract: | The drug—resistance of 243 patients with return treatment and 97 patients with first treatment pulmonary tuberculosis was studied.The results show that the rate of the former is significantly higher than that of the latter, and there is very significant difference between them.There are 224 cases (92.18%) resisting more than two drugs in return treatment pulmonary tuberculosis (RTPT) and 52 cases (53.61%) in first treatment pulmonary tuberculosis (FTPT). Resisting INH is the first in RTPT and SM in FTPT.Bpth in RTPT and FTPT, the rates of drug-resistance for H, R, E and S are all higher and the primary rate of drug—resistance is 74.23%, the secondary rate of drug-resistance is 97.53%.This is the one main reason causing the failure of clinical treatment. |
