迷路IUD的诊治分析

目的探讨宫腔镜腹腔镜在迷路IUD中的诊治价值。方法对43例迷路IUD的定位和诊断在结合B超，X摄片等检查后，均使用了宫腔镜或腹腔镜进行精确定位，同时进行取器。结果43例迷路IUD在宫腔镜或腹腔镜下全部一次取器成功，没有并发症发生。结论对于迷路IUD的诊断有多种方法，宫腔镜腹腔镜结合其他辅助检查结果不但可以精确定位迷路IUD，同时可以进行治疗，且对患者损伤小，恢复快，是诊治迷路IUD的首选。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ectopic IUD

Objective To evaluate the contribution of diagnosis and treatment of ectopic intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD) with hysteroscopy or laparoscopy. Methods Forty-three cases were applied hysteroscopy or laparoscopy to define the exact localization after combining with others methods such as abdominal sonography, pelvic x-ray. The ectopic IUDs were extracted out simultaneously. Results All ectopic IUDs were extracted successfully, no significant complications occurred. Conclusions There are many methods in the diagnosis and management of ectopic IUD, hysteroscopy or laparoscopy combined with other methods not only accurate localize the ectopic IUDs, but also improve achievement ratio of removing IUD. There are advantages of less damage to and quick recovery for the patients in IUD under the hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, which are the first choice of management of ectopic IUDs.
