摘    要:目的:研究黑素转铁蛋白(P97)在家兔网织红细胞非转铁蛋白结合铁摄取中的作用。方法:放射性同位素法(59Fe])。结果:(1)单纯用磷脂酰肌醇磷脂酶C(PI-PLC)作用网织红细胞,其铁摄取无明显变化(P>0.05);(2)经蛋白酶procnase预处理后,再用PI-PLC作用网织红细胞,则胞浆内铁及整合到血红素中的铁均较单纯用蛋白酶处理的网织红细胞明显降低。结论:在家兔网织红细胞膜上可能存在有P97,且P97在其摄取非转铁蛋白结合铁的过程中可能发挥作用。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the possible role of P97 in non-transferrin bound iron uptake by rabbit reticulocytes. METHODS: The iron uptake were measured by the method of radioisotope ( 59Fe). RESULTS: (1) Only PI-PLC treatment had no apparent effect on iron uptake by reticulocytes (P>0.05); (2) Reticulocytes, pretreated by pronase and then by PI-PLC, give a significant decrease in iron uptake in cytosol and in heme (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The results support the possibility that P97 might be able to be expressed on the membrane of reticulocytes and plays a role in non-transferrin bound iron uptake by this type of cells in the rabbit.
