喹硫平、氯氮平治疗女性精神分裂症对照研究

目的：本文为探讨喹硫平治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效与安全性和对其生活质量的影响。方法：将96例女性精神分裂症患者随时分成两组,喹硫平组和氯氮平组各48例。对两组患者均进行12周的治疗观察。于治疗前和治疗后进行阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）,生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI）,副反应量表（TESS）及实验室检查评定。结果：两组PANSS减分率比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,在认知因子及阴性症状方面喹硫平组优于氯氮平组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。喹硫平组生活质量除生活条件维度外,在躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能维度均高于氯氮平组,均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。氯氮平组不良反应广泛且较喹硫平组严重。结论：喹硫平治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效好,对患者的生活质量改善明显,不良反应少。

A comparative study on interior Quetiapine and Clozapine In males patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To study the curative effect and safety of Quetiapine and the life quality of the males' patients with schizophrenia.Methods:96 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups;48 patients took Quetiapine and others took Clozapine.All patients were treated with Quetiapine or Clozapine for 12 weeks;PANSS TESS and GQOLI were evaluated before treatment and after the treatment.Results: The effect of Quetiapine and Cozapine had no significant difference(P>0.05),but declining points of recognition factor and negative symptoms of pa-The curative effect and safety of Quetiapine were higher than Clozapine.Conclusions: The patients with Quetiapine treated have better curative effect and life quality and fewer side effects than Clozapine.
