CA199,CA242和TSGF联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨用恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF),糖抗原19-9(CA19-9)与糖抗原242(CA242)联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的临床诊断价值.方法采用酶联免疫测定136例消化道肿瘤及50例正常人血清.结果以单一指标阳性作为诊断标准,CA242、CA19-9、TSGF对消化道恶性肿瘤的灵敏度分别为41.2%,55.9%,74.3%,准确度分别为57.0%,65.1%,75.8%,三项联合检测诊断灵敏度上升为89.7%,准确度为87.1%(P＜0.05).结论联合检测血清TSGF、CA19-9与CA242对消化道恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断有较高的临床应用价值.

Diagnostic evaluation of CA19 -9,CA242 and TSGF combinedly in detecting malignant tumors in digestive tract

Objective: To probe the diagnostic evaluation of tumorspecific growth factor(TSGF), carbohydrate 19-9(CA19-9) and carbohydrate 242 (CA242) combinedly in detecting malignant tumors in digestive tract. Methods:To determine 136 cases of tumors in digestive tract and the blood sera of 50 normal people with enzyme immunometric assay (EIA).Results: The sensitivity rates of using single positive diagnostic indicator of CA242, CA19-9 , TSGF to malignant tumors in digestive tract were 41.2%, 55.9% and 74.3%, respectively , and the accuracy rates were 57.0%, 65.1% and 75.8%. In combined detection for two or more positive results , the diagnostic sensitivity rate was 89.7% ,and the accuracy rate was 87.1%.Conclusion: Detecting TSGF, CA19-9 and CA242 combinedly is of great clinical value to diagnosis malignant tumors in digestive tract.
