| 摘 要： | 目的 观察软肝丸对慢性血吸虫肝纤维化的疗效。方法 用软肝丸治疗慢性血吸虫肝纤维化病人200例，观察治疗前后肝脏的B超影像学改变。结果 治疗24周后，软肝丸组肝脏影像学有明显改善或恢复正常，与对照组比较，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 软肝丸可明显改善慢性血吸虫肝纤维化。

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the curative effect of Ruan Gan Wan in the treatment of schistosome hepatic fibrosis.Methods] Ruan Gan Wan was used to treat 200 patients with chronic schistosome hepatic fibrosis and B-ultrasound imaging changes of the livers were contrasted before and after the therapy.Results] Significant improvement or recovery of hepatic imageology was obtained in Ruan Gan Wan group after 24 weeks of therapy.There was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P <0.05).Conclusion] Ruan Gan Wan can improve chronic schistosome hepatic fibrosis significantly. |
