松梅尔注射剂对多发肋骨骨折患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘    要:目的探讨松梅尔注射剂对多发肋骨骨折患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的影响。方法将260例多发肋骨骨折患者随机分为松梅尔治疗组和常规治疗组,每组各130例。2组患者常规使用吸氧、止痛、祛痰和预防感染等治疗,松梅尔治疗组加用松梅尔注射剂治疗14d。2组分别在治疗第1、7、14天检测血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8浓度;同时选取同期健康体检者30例作为正常组进行比较。结果常规治疗组TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8浓度在所有时间段均显著高于正常组,在第7、14天显著高于松梅尔治疗组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。松梅尔治疗组第1、7、14天的TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8均显著高于正常组,但在第7、14天显著低于常规治疗组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。各组第1、14天的肝肾功能、电解质和凝血酶原时间均正常,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。心电图未见明显变化。结论松梅尔注射剂能显著减轻多发肋骨骨折后的炎性反应,促进骨折愈合,对内环境无明显影响。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the effect of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection on TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with multiple rib fractures. METHODS A total of 260 patients with multiple rib fractures were put into thera- peutic group and control group randomly. Each group contained 130 patients. Patients were treated with oxygen uptake analgesia, eliminating phlegm and infection prevention. Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection was administrated in therapeutic group for 14 d. TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were detected on 1,7,14 days after admission for 2 groups; at the same time, 30 healthy people were selected as normal group. RESULTS The level of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in control group was significantly higher than that in normal group at all time interval and therapeutic group on the 7th day and 14th day ( P 〈 0.05). The level of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in therapeutic group was significantly higher than normal group ( P 〈0.05) at all time interval but was significantly lower than control group on the 7th day and 14th day ( P 〈 0.05). Hepatic and renal function, electrolyte and coagulation time were normal for all groups on the 1st and 14th day. Electrocardiogram showed no significant change on the 1st and 14th day. CONCLUSION Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection can significantly attenuate inflammatory response after multiple rib fractures, facilitate the healing process of bone fractures and do no harm on internal environment.
