腺苷蛋氨酸治疗脓毒血症相关肝功能异常60例临床观察

目的：探讨腺苷蛋氨酸治疗脓毒血症患者对肝脏的保护作用。方法将60例脓毒血症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组在早期加用腺苷蛋氨酸治疗7 d，观察比较2组临床疗效及肝功能指标的变化。结果治疗前，2组肝功能指标（TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST、AKP、γ-GT）的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，2组各指标均较治疗前有明显改善，且治疗后观察组肝功能指标较对照组明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论腺苷蛋氨酸治疗脓毒血症伴相关肝功能异常患者效果好，对肝功能有一定的保护作用。

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of the S-Adenosylmethionine Joint Basic Therapy in the Treatment of Sepsis with Liver Dysfunction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of using S-adenosylmethionine joint basic anti-inflammatory therapy in the treatment of sepsis with liver dysfunction. Methods 60 patients of sepsis with liver dysfunction were randomly divided into 30 in treatment group and control group of 30 cases. The control group would have conventional protect organ function and basic anti-inflammatory treatment, while besides that, the treatment group would have S-adenosylmethionine injection. We observed the clinical symptoms and indexes of liver function of these two groups after treatment. Results At the end of the treatment, there is significant difference in the decline of AST, ALT （P〈0.05）, and TBIL, DBIL, ALT, AST, AKP andγ-GT of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. There are no adverse reactions occur during the treatment of these two groups, the total effective rate of treatment group is 83.33%（25/30）, and the total effective rate of control group is 56.67%（17/30）, thus the treatment group is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The S-adenosylmethionine joint basic anti-inflammatory therapy has all effective treatment on the sepsis with liver dysfunction and with no adverse reactions.
