| 摘 要： | SCI论文是国际国内评价单位科研水平与能力的重要依据,本文通过统计第3军医大学2010-2012年SCI论文发表数据,分析近3年发表SCI论文的数量和质量变化趋势,根据分析结果总结SCI论文的管理经验,讨论了当前以SCI论文作为主要评价指标存在的问题,并提出了改善的建议,为指导科研管理工作、创新科研能力、提高科技水平提供依据.

| Abstract: | The quality and quantity of published SCI papers written by the Third Military Medical University from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed to provide information for the scientific research administration.The problems of assessment with SCI was discussed.At last,suggestions were proposed to improve scientific research administration,innovation ability and scientific and technological level. |
