数字化成型钛网修补大骨瓣颅骨缺损97例

摘    要:目的:总结数字化成型三维钛网在颅骨缺损修补中的经验。方法2008年11月~2014年1月共收治外伤后颅内血肿清除标准大骨瓣减压术后行数字化成型钛网修补病例97例。进行回顾性分析及总结。结果改进后的数字化三维成型钛网在修补标准大骨瓣颅骨缺损中效果满意,达到预期效果。结论数字化三维成型钛网在修补标准大骨瓣颅骨缺损中值得推广应用,但在术前准备及手术操作中有值得改进之处。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of digital titanium mesh shaping for skull defect. Methods Retrospective analysis of 97 patients treated with skull shape using digital three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh from November 2008 to January 2014.Results Improved three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh has satisfactory effect and achieves the expected effect in repairing skull defect of standard large bonefl ap.Conclusion The reconstruction of cranial defect using three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh can be used extensively in clinic. It still needs to improve in the preoperative preparation and operation itself.
