新生儿高胆红素血症的蓝光不同配伍治疗观察

目的探讨蓝光配伍治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床价值。方法1998年至2001年我科住院治疗的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿117例，按治疗方案不同分为四组（蓝光治疗组、蓝光十鲁米那组、蓝光＋菌桅黄组、蓝光十鲁米那十菌桅黄组），比较四组患儿的黄疸消退时间、平均每天血清胆红素下降值。结果四组患儿的黄疸消退时间、平均每天血清胆红素下降值间的差异均无显著意义（P〉0．05）。结论蓝光加用鲁米那或菌桅黄对新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效无明确增强作用。

Analysis of the value of phototherapy in treating neonatal hyper bilirubinemia

Objective To analyse the value of phototherapy in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia as well as together with luminal or Yinzhihuang.Methods 117 cases of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia in our department from January 1998 to December 2001 were divided into four groups.Patients of each group were respectively treated with phototherapy alone,phototherapy together with luminal,with Yinzhihuang and with both of them.The speed of jaundice-subsiding and descent index of the serum bilirubin level of the neonates in four groups were compared everyday.Results There was no notable difference between each group in observing the above two items(P>0.05).Conclusion The phototherapy is safe and effective in treating neonatal hyporbilirubinemia,and there is no definite value in combing phototherapy with luminal or Yinzhihuang.
