经胸多普勒超声心动图对正常冠状静脉窦的测定及其可重复性的研究

摘    要:目的评价多普勒超声心动图对冠状静脉窦(CS)的测定价值,并对所测定各项指标进行可重复性研究.方法应用经胸多普勒超声,对140例健康成人的冠状静脉窦于当日、隔日、隔周及隔月进行探测,分别纪录冠状静脉窦的最大内径(Dmax)、最小内径(Dmin)、振幅(AM)、收缩期流速(Vs)、舒张期流速(Vd)、速度时间积分(VTI),并计算血流量(Q),对不同时间测定的各指标分别进行统计学分析.结果140例成人冠状静脉窦的显示率为100%,其Dmax、Dmin、AM、Vs、Vd、VTI和Q分别为(9.66 1.87)mm、(4.41 1.24)mm、(12.81 1.52)mm、(50.34 0.34)cm/s、(39.74 0.31)cm/s、(15.34 0.48)cm和(177.5 60.24)ml/min,不同时期内测定的各项指标无显著差异(P>0.05).结论经胸多普勒超声心动图能较全面、清晰地显示冠状静脉窦,测得各项指标的可重复性好,为测定冠状静脉窦的理想方法,在冠状静脉窦的研究中值得推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To assess detection and reproducibility of coronary sinus (CS) with transthoracic Doppler echocardiography (TTDE). Methods TTDE was performed in 140 health adults to detect their coronary sinus on the same day, the next day, the next week and the next month. The indexes of CS were recorded, such as maximum diameter (Dmax), minimum diameter (Dmin), amplitude (AM), velocity in systolic phase (Vs), velocity in diastolic phase (Vd) and velocity time integral (VTI), then the flow rate (Q) was calculated. The different indexes were analyzed. Results CS of the adults was all displayed. The value of Dmax, Dmin, AM, Vs, Vd, VTI, Q was (9.66+1.87) mm, (4.41+1.24) mm, (12.81+1.52) mm, (50.34+0.34) cm/s, (39.74+0.31) cm/s, (15.34+0.48) cm, (177.5+60.24) ml/min, respectively. There were no significant difference within the indexes in different time (P>0.05). Conclusion TTDE could clearly display CS with good reproducibility. TTDE is a ideal method for detecting CS.
