综合性医院急诊科在突发公共卫生事件中的应对策略

2006年3月～2009年12月，温州医学院附属第一医院成功抢救了六例紧急公共卫生事件，并总结了如下相关经验：有序及有效的医疗救援是抢救成功的关键之一。一旦紧急事件发生，已经准备好的救援计划应该立即实施，护士长应该准备好场地、床铺、器械、装备，以及可能用到的药物，急救人员必须迅速赶往现场，并建立紧急指挥及救援队伍。检伤分类及登记系统应该严密的展开，物流部门领导应该赶往现场给予合作与支持。

Strategy for emergent public health events in department of emergency of general hospital

From March 2006 to December 2009 the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College successfully treated 6 emergent public health events and gained relevant experience as follows： orderly and effective medical rescue is one of the keys of successful management. Once emergency occurs already developed rescue plans should be started immediately, the head nurse should prepare place, beds, instruments, equipments, and drugs needed promptly, the staff members of emergency response team must hurry to the field, an emergency commanding and rescue group should be established, triage and registration system be carried out strictly, and the head of logistics department go to the field to conduct collaboration and support.
