护生性格及其对护理专业的相关认知的研究

目的：旨在了解护理专业大学生（以下简称护生）对护理工作的认知。方法：采用艾克森人格问卷简式量表的性格倾向测试问卷（简称EPQ-R）和自行设计的调查问卷,对我校526名在校护生进行调查。结果：内、外向性格护生分别有203人（占43.3%）和265人（占56.6%）;入学初,清楚护理工作性质的内、外向护生分别有39人（占19.2%）和95人（占35.8%）,两者之间差别有统计学意义;目前,清楚护理工作性质的内、外向护生分别有132人（占65%）和210人（占79.2%）,差异有统计学意义;护生不喜欢护理工作的主要原因是＂工作繁重,很累＂和＂工作风险性高＂;繁华的家庭住址是护生性格外向的有利因素。结论：家庭周边环境越好,护生性格越倾向于外向;外向护生比内向护生更倾向于了解外界信息;护理院校应加强护生风险意识的教育和增强护生的自我保护能力。

ANALYSIS IN THE COGNITION OF UNDERGRADUATE NURSING STUDENTS HAVING DIFFERENT CHARACTERS

Objective ：To learn about the cognition of undergraduate nursing students. Methods：Totally 526 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by filling out Eysenck Personality Questionnaire - Revised （ EPQ - R） and self - designed questionnaire. Re- suits ：There were 203 introverted students （43.3 percent） and 265 extroverted students （56.6 percent）. There were 39 introverted students （19.2 percent） and 95 extroverted students （35.8 percent） who knew about the nursing specialty, when they entered the school. At present, 132 introverted students （65 percent） and 210 extroverted students （taking 79.2 percent） knew about the nursing specialty. The main factor , which affected them not to like the nursing specialty, was ＂ a lot of work , very tired ＂ and ＂taking a higher risk ＂ . The advantageous factor for students becoming extroverted students was addresses. Conclusion：The better the family environ- ment is, more easily the undergraduate nursing students become extroverted students; extroverted students more tend to know about the news of the world than the introverted students; the nursing school should enhance the of education risk consciousness and the self - protection ability the in the students.
