科学的自我管理教育对老年荣军2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨科学的自我管理教育对老年荣军2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法:将120例老年荣军2型糖尿病患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组60例,2组患者药物治疗基本一致,对照组进行常规的健康教育,实验组进行科学的自我管理教育,比较教育前及教育3个月后2组患者的生活质量及患者各生化指标情况。结果:教育前2组患者的生活质量评分及血生化指标比较无显著差异,教育3个月后实验组患者生活质量的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和生活质量总分较对照组显著提高,而血生化指标较对照组显著降低。结论:科学的自我管理教育能显著降低病人的血糖水平,从而有效提高老年荣军2型糖尿病患者的生活质量。

Influence of Scientific Self-management Education on Quality of Elderly Patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellituskick-off Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Elderly Patients with type 2 Diabetes

Objective:To explore the influence of scientific self-management education on quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.kick-off elderly patients with type 2 diabetes elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 120 cases of type 2 diabetes mellituskick-off elderly patients with type 2 diabetes elderly patients with type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group, two groups basically received the same medication treatment, the control group held conventional health education, The experimental group implemented scientific self-management education. Life quality and blood biochemical index were compared before education and 3 months after education was compared between the two groups.Results: Before self-management education, the scores of quality of life of the two groups showed no difference; after three months of self-management education, the score of body’s function, psychological function, social function and total score of quality of life were obviously different, and blood biochemical index was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions: Scientific self-management education can significantly reduce the patient’s blood sugar level.
