隔药灸配合中药内服治疗小儿鼻后滴漏综合征患者103例临床观察

目的观察隔药灸配合治疗小儿鼻后滴漏综合征的疗效,探索小儿鼻后滴漏综合征治疗的新方法。方法将103例小儿鼻后滴漏综合征患者随进分为治疗组53例与对照组50例。治疗组采用隔药艾灸配合院内自制中药（鼻炎1号或鼻炎2号）内服治疗,隔苍耳子散艾灸百会穴,每次20～30 min,1次.d-1,3次为1个疗程,每周1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程;对照组仅采用治疗组内服中药,疗程同治疗组。观察比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组临床症状、体征积分与本组治疗前比较,以及两组组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。表明隔药艾灸配合中药内服治疗小儿鼻后滴漏综合征疗效优于单纯中药内服治疗。结论中药内服外治的特色治疗可以作为治疗鼻后滴漏综合征的新方法加以应用推广。

Clinical Observation of 103 Cases of Infantile Postnasal Drip Syndrome Treated with Isolated-Herbal Moxibustion and Internal Administration of Chinese Medicine

Objective To observe the efficacy on infantile postnasal drip syndrome treated with isolated-herbal moxibustion in combination so as to explore a new approach to the treatment of infantile postnasal drip syndrome.Methods 103 cases of infantile postnasal drip syndrome were randomized into a treatment group（53 cases）and a control group（50 cases）.In the treatment group,the isolated-herbal moxibustion and the self-prepared Chinese medicine（rhinitis No.1 formula or No.2 formula）for oral administration were adopted.The isolated moxibustion with siberian cocklebur fruit powder was applied to Baihui（GV20）,20～30 min each time,once/day,3 treatments made 1 session,1 session a week,for 3 sessions continuously.In the control group,the oral administration of Chinese medicine was taken as the treatment group,for same treatment session.The clinical symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were observed and compared for the patients between two groups.Results The in-group comparison of the scores of clinical symptoms and physical sings,as well as the comparison of those between two groups before and after treatment all indicated the significant differences（P0.05）.The total effective rate was different significantly between two groups（P0.05）,suggesting that the efficacy on infantile postnasal drip syndrome treated with isolated-herbal moxibustion and internal administration of Chinese medicine was superior to that with simple internal administration of Chinese medicine.Conclusion The characteristic therapeutic program of the internal and external administration of Chinese medicine can be the new approach to the treatment of postnasal drip syndrome and deserves to be promoted.
