石门雄黄矿附近地区慢性砷中毒流行病学特征

为研究石门雄黄矿附近地区人群慢性砷中毒的患病率及其分布特点，采用现况调查研究方法，以雄贡矿排放洗矿水河流下游的三个村庄为污染区，另选一个远离矿区无污染的村庄为对照，每个村子各选取在当地居住五年以上，无职业性砷接触史的居民约２００人，进行体检并填写健康调查问卷。

Epidemiological Characters of Chronic Arsenic Poisoning Among Areas Near Realger Mine in Shimen County

To investigate the characters of prevalence rate and distribution of chronic arsenic poisoning for the population near the Realger mine in Shimen county,a cross sectional study was carried out.Three villages in the lower reaches of the river recieving washing ore effluents from the mine and a non polluted village far from the mine were regarded as polluted area and control area.200 residents living in local areas for at least 5 years without occupational exposure to arsenic were selected from every village respectively to be given a health examination and filled in health questionnaires.The results showed that the prevalence rates of chronic arsenic poisoning were 36.5%,24.7%,18.2% in three polluted villages and 0% in control village.The distribution of prevalence rates revealed that the prevalence rates increased with the decreasing of the distances from the village to the mine and the increasing of ages,and were higher for male.It verified the exsistence of relationship between the prevalence rate and arsenic exposure level.
