登革热105例临床分析

目的 通过分析登革热的临床特征，提高早期诊断水平，减少误诊。方法 对105例登革热患进行回顾性分析。结果 105例患均有发热(100％)，伴有头痛(83．3％)，全身肌肉(75．2％)、骨、关节痛(61．9％)，结膜充血(74．2％)，皮疹(66．6％)，淋巴结肿大(80％)，白细胞减少(93．3％)，血小板减少(82．8％)，登革热抗体阳性率(63．2％)。结论 本组病例临床表现典型，治疗效果良好。

Clinical Analysis of 105 Patients with Dengue Fever

Objective To analysis the clinical feature, improve the early diagnosis, and reduce misdiagnose of dengue fever. Method Clinic data from 105 patients with dengue fever were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 105 patients, 100%have fever, 83.8%have headache, 75.2%have myalgia, 61.9%have joint and bone soreness, 66.6%have skin rash, 80%have lymphadenosis, 93.3%have leukopenia, 82.2%have lymphonia, and 63.2%were sero positive to dengue fever. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of the cases were typical, and the treatment was effective.
