吸烟对大学生甲襞微循环的影响

目的:观察不同吸烟量对在校大学生甲襞微循环的影响。方法:应用甲襞微循环检测方法,对18名男性中等量吸烟大学生(吸烟量10~20支/天),18名男性小量吸烟大学生(吸烟数<10支/天)和随机抽取的18名不吸烟男性大学生进行甲襞微循环检测,观察管袢形态、微血流流态、袢周状态,并应用田牛甲襞微循环加权积分法进行积分统计和对照比较。结果:吸烟组甲襞微循环多项指标异常,管袢清晰度、微血流流速、白微栓、血色、渗出、汗腺导管、乳头等各项积分值高于对照组,中等量吸烟组各分值明显高于小量吸烟组(P<0.05)。结论:吸烟对大学生甲襞微循环有一定的损害,且与吸烟量正相关。

Effects of Smoking on the Nail Fold Microcirculation of College Students

Objective: To observe the effect of smoking on the nail fold Microcirculation of college students. Method: 54 college students were divided into 3 groups, taking 18 students who smokes 10 to 20 cigarettes per day as the middle level group, taking 18 students who smokes less than 10 cigarettes per day as the little level group, taking 18 students who never smoke as the control group, then analyzed the nail fold microcirculation of them.We Observed and compared the form, flow regime and peripheral condition of the nail fold microcirculation. Results: Several index of nail fold microcirculation of the smoking group were abnormal, the values of clarity, flow rate, thrombus, color, ooze, conduit, nipple were higher than that of the control group. The damage of the middle level group was more obvious than that of little level group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Smoking may damage the nail fold microcirculation of college students,and it is related to the amount of cigarette smoking.
