推拿结合颈夹脊滞针法对神经根型颈椎病的影响

摘    要:目的:观察推拿结合颈夹脊滞针法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方法将84例诊断为神经根型颈椎病患者随机纳入结合组、针刺组和推拿组各28例,分别给予推拿结合颈夹脊滞针疗法、单纯颈夹脊滞针疗法及推拿治疗,治疗前后进行综合疗效评价及主要症状体征积分评价。结果:经过15d的治疗,3组患者主要临床症状、体征积分与治疗前比较均下降(P〈0.05,0.01);结合组更明显低于针刺组及推拿组(P〈0.01);总体疗效,结合组治愈显效率及总有效率均明显高于针刺组及推拿组(57.1%,89.3%、28.6%、57.1%,35.7%、64.3%,P〈0.05,0.01);针刺组与推拿组总体疗效及症状体征改善情况比较差异无统计学意义。结论:推拿结合颈夹脊滞针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病能更显著提高治疗的效果。

Effects of Massage and Stuck Needles on Cervical Jiaji Points on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of massage and stuck needles on cervical Jiaji points in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method: Eighty-four patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopatby were randomly divided in to 3 groups: treatment group (combined massage and stuck needles treatment), acupuncture control group, and massage control group (n=28 each). The comprehensive curative effectiveness, as well as the accumulated points on symptoms and signs was assessed before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than in control groups (P〈0.05, 0.01). The improvement of accumulated points on symptoms and signs in treatment group was significantly better than in control groups (P〈0. 05,0. 01). There was no significant difference in the improvement of accumulated points on symptoms and signs between two control groups. Conclusion: The curative effectiveness of massage and stuck needles on cervical Jiaji points in the treatment of cervical spondylot- ic radiculopathy is more satisfactory than acupuncture or massage treatment alone.
