| 摘 要： | 本文探索了区域后方医院协作发展机制，通过成立组织领导机构、调整病种收治任务、实行药品器材互通共用、加强医学人才流动使用、开展技术协作交流等方法，优化了医院资源配置，提高了服务保障质量，激发了人才队伍活力，促进了学科功能定位和医院共同发展。

| Abstract: | The mechanism was analyzed to realize cooperative development of regional rear hospitals as establishing command organization,adjusting treatment region,realizing currency of medical materials,promoting flow of medical staff and communication of technology cooperation,with which the hospital resources allocation was optimized,the service quality was improved,and the development of hospital was accelerated. |
