板蓝根颗粒中精氨酸的柱前衍生化HPLC测定

摘    要:目的 建立一种定量分析方法评价板蓝根颗粒的质量。方法 柱前衍生化 HPL C法 ,以 Phenom enODS C1 8柱 (10μm,4 .6 mm× 2 5 0 mm )分析柱 ;0 .1m ol/ L醋酸钠缓冲液 (p H6 .4 ) -乙腈 (86∶ 14 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 ml/ m in;36 0 nm下进行检测 ,分析了不同来源的板蓝根颗粒中精氨酸的含量。结果 通过该法 ,成功地测定了板蓝根颗粒中精氨酸的含量 ,并且发现 ,不同来源的板蓝根颗粒中精氨酸的含量差别很大。结论 该法操作简单 ,重复性好 ,准确可靠 ,可以作为板蓝根质量控制的一种方法

Abstract:Objective To establish a quantitative method for the quality control of Banlangen Granule.Method A pre-column derivatization HPLC method, in which the analyte was eluted in a phenomen ODS C 18 column (10 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm) with 0.1 mol/L NaAc buffer (pH6.4) -acetonitrile (86∶14) in the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, was applied to analyze the arginine content of different factories under the wave length of 360 nm. Results Arginine content in Banlangen Granule was successfully determined, and it was found that the content of arginine in Banlangen Granule from different sources varied greatly.Conclusions The method is simple, reproducible and accurate. It can used as a quality control method for Banlangen Granule.
