胃癌患者外周血CD44 CD54表达及临床意义

目的探讨胃癌患者外周血细胞CD44、CD54的表达及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术对40例胃癌患者及13例良性病变组、20例正常对照组外周血细胞CD44、CD54的表达水平进行检测，结果胃癌患者外周血细胞的CD44、CD54的表达水平均显著高于晟性病变组及正常对照组，P〈0．05；且胃癌患者外周血细胞中CD44和CD54的表达水平与淋巴结转移和临床分期相关；良性病变组与正常对照组的比较无显著性意义。结论CD44及CD54在外周血的表达与肿瘤转移密切相关，检测胃癌患者外周血中的CD44及CD54的表达可为肿瘤的发生、发展及预后判断提供依据。

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD44 and CD54 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Stomach Cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD44 and CD54 in peripheral blood of patients with stomach cancer.Methods The levels of CD44 and CD54 in peripheral blood cells from 40 patients with stomach cancer and 13 benign cases and 20 normal control cases were measured by the flow cytometry.Results The levels of CD44 and CD54 in peripheral blood cells of patients with stomach cancer were significantly higher than those of benign cases and normal control,P<0.05,and the levels of CD44 and CD54 in peripheral blood cells of patients with stomach cancer were correlated with the metastases of lymph node and the clinic stages;while the comparison of the levels of CD44 and CD54 in peripheral blood cells between benign cases and normal control cases was not prominently significant.Conclusion The levels of CD44 and CD54 in peripheral blood cells of patients with stomach cancer are closely related to tumor metastases,so the detection of CD44 and CD54 can provide significant evidences for the development and prognosis of stomach cancer.
