摘    要:撞击式可吸入空气微生物采样器是参照美制Andersen二级空气微生物采样器研制的。其性能与美制同类采样器比较,二者的收集效率基本一致,相对标准差CV<10%,采集的空气细菌浓度呈显著正相关,r=0.89。

Abstract:Two-stage microbiological aerosol sampler was studied and produced on the basis of US-made two-stage Andersen biological aerosol sampler. Its performance was compared with that of US-made sampler of same type.The results indicated that collecting efficiency of two samplers was quite similar(CV<10%).The statistical analysis of bacteria concentration in air taken assumed obvious positive relationship(r=0.89).
