| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在肝细胞癌(HCC)患者血清中的表达水平,研究上述血清学指标在估计HCC病情进展与预后判断的价值。方法:利用酶联免疫吸附方法定量检测65例HCC术前、术后血清ICAM-1、VEGF及AFP水平并与正常人进行对比。结果:与术前比较,HCC患者术后3周血清I-CAM-1及AFP都显著下降(P<0.05),而血清VEGF无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论:血清ICAM-1及VEGF水平的升高与HCC病情的发展、预后判断及疗效观察关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the levels of intercellular adhesion molecular-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor in serum of HCC and estimate the value in progression,prognosis of HCC.Methods: Serum ICAM-1,VEGF and AFP were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 65 cases of HCC.Fifteen health control subjects were included in the study.Results: Serum ICAM-1 and AFP in posttherapeutic cases of HCC were significantly declined as compared to those in pretherapeutic patients(P<0.05).Serum VEGF was no significantly changed after treatment.Conclusion: Evaluating of serum ICAM-1 and VEGF are related to the progression and prognosis of HCC. |
