剖宫产术后产妇特定时间段母乳喂养体位选择

目的：探讨剖宫产术后特定时间段母乳喂养体位的选择。方法：选择剖宫产产妇200例随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组除按常规进行母乳喂养宣教指导外,术后8h内、术后8～24h、24～72h、72h至出院,对产妇进行各时间段最适宜的母乳喂养体位指;对照组仅按常规进行母乳喂养知识宣教指导,鼓励产妇按需哺乳。对两组的母乳喂养情况及母婴合并症进行比较。结果：观察组母亲喂奶舒适度、母乳喂养信心、纯母乳喂养率、产妇48h泌乳量均提高,母婴母乳喂养合并症减少。对两组的母乳喂养情况及母婴合并症进行比较。结论：对剖宫产产妇术后特定时间段采取不同的母乳喂养体位对提高产妇母乳喂养信心和纯母乳喂养率,减少母婴母乳喂养合并症有重要意义。

Observation of Cesarean Section Mothers Breastfeeding Position Selection for a Specified Period
