| 摘 要： | 目的研究三花龙胆地上器官和地下器官獐芽菜苦苷积累相关规律。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。结果獐芽菜苦苷在三花龙胆中积累规律,根>茎>叶>花,且随植物的花期而变化。结论獐芽菜苦苷在地下部分根、根茎和地上部分茎的含量相对高于叶和花,且茎在7月份达到最大值,而根在9月份达到最大值。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the contents of swertiamarin in overground and underground organ of Gentiana triflora Pall..METHODS The contents of swertiamarin were determined by RP-HPLC.RESULTS The contents of swertiamarin in Gentiana riflora Pall were arranged as following: radix > stem> leaf> flower.The order was changed with the blossoming period. CONCLUSION It may be a relationship between the contents and blossoming period. |
