多阶段控制性降压复合低温用于骶骨肿瘤切除

目的：探讨多阶段控制性降压复合低温麻醉对骶骨肿瘤切除术的影响。方法：回顾分析1991年12月至2001年7月23例骶骨肿瘤切除手术麻醉的处理对术中出血量、心电图、尿量、肝肾功能的影响及麻醉并发症。结果：患者全部顺利度过手术期，术中出血量少，心电图ST－T监测无明显变化，术后肝肾功能无异常。结论：采用多阶段控制性降压复合代温的麻醉方法，术中加强监护，可有效减少骶骨肿瘤切除手术的出血量和相关并发症。

Application of Multi-stage Controlled Hypotension Combined with Hypothermia Anesthesia to Patients Undergoing Sacrum Tumor Resection

Objective To study the effect of multi stage controlled hypotension combined with hypothermia anesthesia on patients undergoing sacral tumor resection.Methods To retrospectively reviewed the anesthesia for 23 patients undergoing sacral tumor resection, the bleeding, EKG, urine quality, the affect on kidney and liver and the anesthesia complications are also detected.Results All patients passed on the operations safely and bleeding less during operation. There was neither obvious change in ST?T nor dysfunction of kidney and liver after operation.Conclusion The multi stage controlled hypotension combined with hypothermia anesthesia can effectively decrease the bleeding quality and anesthesia complications during sacral tumor resection.
