| 摘 要： | 目的：为了解妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的精神心理变化、生活质量、以及相关的因素。方法：选取2006年7月至2008年6月在我院妇科进行化疗的8（1例患者，采用中国癌症患者化学生物治疗生活质量调查表（QLQ—CCC），进行问卷式调查，比较化疗前后患者的各项生活质量指标。结果：化疗使36％患者情绪变差，轻中度和重度的抑郁和焦虑的发生率分别为42％和12％。能够影响患者的因素中包括：化疗的副反应，患者家属、社会、经济等支持。同时化疗对性生活和参与社会活动等方面都有较大影响。结论：妇科恶性肿瘤患者存在着精神心理问题，化疗加重了不良影响，因此设计合理的精神心理干预将会有助于患者的治疗和康复并提高生活质量。
