| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖尿病伴牙周炎患者牙周指标与糖化血红蛋白（HbAle）的相关关系。方法：选择26例糖尿伯伴重度牙周炎患者，于牙周基础治疗前（不包括口腔卫生指导），在不同糖化血红蛋白水平测定菌斑指数（PLI）、牙龈指数（GI）、探诊出血指数（BOP）、探诊深度（PD）及临床附着丧失（AL），并分析其相关性。结果：糖化血红蛋白与牙周指标尤其是附着丧失（AL）高度相关。结论：糖化血红蛋白水平是评价糖尿病患者牙周破坏与治疗的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between glycated hemoglobin and periodontal status on diabetic mellitus with chronic periodontitis. Methods:Moderate to advanced chronic periodontitis was recruited in 26 diabetes mellitus(DM) patients. Plaque index(PLI), gingival index(GI), bleeding on probing (BOP), probing depth(PD), attachment loss(AL) in different level of glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc) were recorded before one stage full-mouth scaling and root planning(FMSRP) with no oral hygiene instrument (OHI). Results:A heigh association between HbAlc and periodontal status esp AL. Conclusion:Various profiles of HbAlc is an importance factor evaluating periodontal destruction with DM. |
