胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断与治疗(附16例报告)

自1965～1974年的近30年间,我们收治了16例胰腺囊性肿瘤病人。男性4例,女性12例,平均年龄50.9岁。多数学者建议废弃小囊性和巨囊性的分类,而采用浆液性和粘液性的组织学名称。B超和CT对于肿物的检出和肿物周边钙化的显示具有一定价值。囊壁不完全的活检可导致冰冻甚至石腊切片的误诊。各种类型的病变均需行手术切除。本文还对各类囊性肿瘤的特征与假性囊肿的鉴别诊断及各类手术方式作了讨论。

Diagnosis and treatment of the pancreatic cystic tumors

From 1965 to 1974 ,we treated 16 patients(4 males, 12 females,aged 50.9 on avcrage)with cystic tumors of pancreas.lt is strongly recommended that such histologic terms as serous and mucous be applied instead of microcystic and macrocystic for classification.B-mode ultrasonic examination and computed tomography proved valuable to detect the neoplasm and to reveal its peripheral calcification. Incomplete biopsy of the cyst wall would result in misdiagnosis by frozen or even paraffin sections.All the types of foci need excision.Also disscussed are features of varied cystic tumors.the differential diagnosis,and the operative patterns.
