| 摘 要： | 目的：为了研究尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统（uPA系统）中的尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂（uPA）及其受体（uPAR）和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂（PAI-1）在正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者的在位内膜和异位内膜上的表达,探讨三者与内异症发生的关系。方法：运用免疫组化法分别检测正常子宫内膜和内异症患者的在位内膜及异位内膜病理蜡块标本中的uPA uPAR PAI-1表达水平。结果：正常子宫内膜与子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者在位内膜和异位内膜中uPA uPAR PAI-1表达水平有显著差异,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;内异症患者的在位内膜和异位内膜中uPA uPAR PAI-1表达水平有显著差异,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：子宫内膜组织中uPA、uPAR、PAI-1的表达的变化可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of uPA,uPAR and PAI-1 in the ectopic endometriosis and in the normal endometrium to explore the hypothesis that uPA,uPAR and PAI-1 play a role in the development of endometrosis.Methods:The expression of uPA,uPAR and PAI-1 in the ectopic endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin-biotin peroxidase method.Results:The expression levels of uPA,uPAR and PAI-1in the ectopic endometrium were higher than those in the eutopic endometrium with endometriosis and the normal endometrium(P<0.05,P<0.01) There was a significant difference in the expression o f uPA, uPAR and PAI-1 between ectopic and the eutopic endometrium(P<0.05).Conclusion:The change of uPA,uPAR and PAI-1 expression in ectopic and eutopic endometrium may be related to the pathogenesis endometriosis. |
