手术室老年患者人性化护理的临床应用

目的:观察老年患者行择期手术时实施人性化护理的临床效果。方法:择期手术老年患者40例,男52例,女48例,年龄65-78岁,其中实施髋关节置换5例,腹腔镜胆囊切除术10例,前列腺电切术9例,食道癌切除术8例,胃大部切除术5例,乳腺癌根治术4例。将40例患者随机分为A(常规护理组)、B(人性化护理组)两组,每组20例,A组实施常规的术前准备和护理,B组实施围术期的人性化护理。记录两组患者入手术室前、入室后及术后患者的MAP、HR和对手术护理的满意度及患者焦虑评分。结果:两组患者在年龄、性别、病种、和入手术室前MAP、HR和焦虑评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),B组患者在入室后及术后随访的MAP、HR较入室前稳定,而A组则有明显升高,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。焦虑评分B组较A组明显降低,而对护理的满意度却较A组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:手术室的人性化护理可以降低老年患者围术期的焦虑情绪,稳定血流动力学,提高患者的满意度。

The effects of humanistic nursing in elderly patients undergoing operation

Objective：To investigate the effects of humanistic nursing in elderly patients undergoing operation.Methods：40 elderly patients（25 male,18 female） aged 65-78yr undergoing hip replacement（5）,prostate electrotomy（9）,cholecystectomy（10）,esophageal carcinectomy（8）,subtotal gastrectomy（5） and breast cancer radical cure（4）.All patients in two groups were randomly divided into group A,（the common nursing group,n=20）and group B（the humanistic nursing group n=20）.The MAP,HR were recorded before gonging into operating room,undergoing anesthesia and after operation and the anxiety score were observed.Results：There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the age,MAP,HR and the anxiety score before going into operation room（P0.05）.The MAP and HR in group B were stable and were obviously higher than those in group A before going into operation room and after operation（P0.05）.The anxiety score were significant lower in group B than those in group A,and the degree to which satisfaction was met in group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：The humanistic nursing service could depress the anxious emotion,stabilize the haemodynamics and elevate the degree of satisfaction in patients undergoing operation.
